I pour it directly into my bongs -- just a few drops -- add hot water, seal off the ends with Hemper caps, shake vigorously until the salt gets foamy, wipe off residue with a brush, and rinse. Voila! Good as new, again. For smaller glassware, i use a ziploc. This does the job, within reason. Deeply-encrusted gunky resin may need to soak a bit; for that, they make Fomula 410, which they may have renamed Formula 420 Clean N Soak or something like that. You will need bottle brushes to wipe away residue once it's loosened up. For bowls with honeycomb screens, use a paperclip and an isopropyl alcohol pad. This stuff is real simple, rubbing alcohol and epsom salt. Hot water "activates" the salt when shaken. It works near-instantaneously on light to medium-duty tasks.
