Review: Bought matching sets for my husband and son - I bought a set of chopsticks for my husband for Christmas. My son saw me wrapping it for his dad and insisted he have the same but he wanted “rainbow.” I was very excited they also had an option with every color. One of sticks was malfunctioning and the company trouble shoot with me immediately and when that did not work, they set me a replacement immediately and with enough time before Xmas and an extra bonus bottle opener.

A: Yes there should be a cloth carry pouch inside a box.  Amazon May have shipped you the wrong product. Try contacting the seller through the order contact seller button and I’m sure they will resolve it for you.  They have been great for me in the past.

A: My son left his on and it lasted 2 days. Mine have lasted for over 6 months. I use them twice a month. Sometimes more, but I always turn them off.

So I bought these for my 12 yr old for his birthday. They were a big hit! He loves instant noodles & wanted chopsticks. Then he heard about these. They are pretty cool & easy to use. Once you understand how to pop the part that lights up off of the sticks so you can wash them you are good to go! Be careful when cleaning! PRO TIP: When someone throws them in the sink (big nono!) & the next person wanders by to wash their hands & gets them wet, pop the batteries out, throw them in a bag with some silica packs overnight. Replace the batteries if necessary. That is your best bet for saving them! (We tested it for you! Ugh!) We do like this product & would recommend to a friend or give as a gift!
