Short review?It doesn't work.I bought 3 of these and tested with 32 bit and 64 bit Windows 7 SP1.No luck.LONG REVIEW:Setup:I tested on both Windows 7x32 bit and 64 bit.Tested with IE11, FF 40.0.3, Chrome 45.x.These are the latest browser for Windows 7 SP1 as of today.IE and Chrome exhibit the same behavior.When you connect to the camera, it asks to install the ActiveX.Click on RUN and ALLOW it to install.After it's done, REFRESH the browser.Nothing happens here.It asks to install ActiveX plug-in again.Ok, after I'm doing this exact same step 10 times, time to hit the TECH SUPPORT hotline.Support is in China....it is about 7 am when I write this review.Didn't get to talk to any human but I did check out their forums.The forum only has the user's manual.....which is nothing new.I already did all the stuff and troubleshoot myself.Ok, let us try FF.FF got to preview the video but none of the settings work!In other words, there's an OPTION which allows you to setup the wifi, timezone, network, alarm trigger, etc.None of them work since clicking on those items don't do anything.Back to IE, at least I was able to click on those items but I have no video preview since it keeps asking me to install the endless ActiveX!!As I was playing with the menu, one thing that made me returning this camera.The REMOTE ACCESS is preprogrammed to China server and YOU CANNOT CHANGE IT!!yikes!!What is that mean?It means, someone else in China can access your camera.Also, b/c you cannot change the remote server, your remote viewing depended on their service.If this company went kaput, your camera will be useless as well!Not good!So, I'm returning all 3 cameras and get a different brand/model.See attachment for the REMOTE ACCESS that you cannot change the username/password!!Security camera is not secured if SOMEONE else besides you knowing your username and password!!Big design flaw!A new firmware update can fix this problem but until then.....I'm returning all 3 cameras.

camera setup wasn't easy, finally got it to work on my PC. doesn't work at all from mobile device, software they show for mobile devise gives all kinds of errors. doesn't work for apple or Android. had hopes to use for PC and mobile but no luck.

I wanted to mount it inverted, but the internal night filter flips and blocks the image. I had to position it base down, and it limits the area that I can cover when I pan since I have it mounted fairly high on the wall.

Easy to configure and setup for remote access, have had 0 issues thus far, good camera for the price, Would buy again.

Had to return it due to horrible set up. Impossible to navigate getting it up and running.

A bit hard to configure! Not for beginner and maybe even intermediate PC skilled person...

Ten minute install, zoom works great, just bought 2 more :)
