I never bought something of this nature that didn’t have pockets **Q: Are the cuffs elastic so they fit to the wrist or ankles?** A: In the early 2017 version of this rainsuit the jacket has elastic at the wrists. The pant bottoms have NOTHING at the ankles: no elastic, no velcro. They're also quite big (21" ankle circumference in size M/L), so they can drop down past your heels if your legs are short (as mine are). I need to add rubber bands or bicycling clips to cinch the ankles. **Q: Will i sweat my butt off in these if i use them with anything under them? do they brest at all?** A: Yes you will. They do not breathe. They also will not keep you completely dry. They are water resistant not water proof. **Q: Sizing chart** A: I am 6'1", about 160 lb...I purchased the Medium size and was pleasantly surprised they fit well in length, with legs and sleeves adequate.
