The filter really does its job and you can taste the freshness of the water. It also lasts about 3-4 months and will save money long-term. I received the Glass Alkaline Water Pitcher with the glass broken. I returned it and before I could get the broken one to the UPS, a new one came. The return was fast. I love the glass pitcher, a little heavy but doable. You have to be careful with glass anyway, so I pick it up with the handle and my other hand on the spout side. You will love it!
