As someone with mild ADHD, I struggle to last all day. I also struggle to hold a conversation some days and my mind will just slip somewhere else. At first I was taking these, I noticed nothing. I also was not a fan of the pills floating because I definitely gagged a few times while taking them. However, since being off of them for about a week, I definitely feel a difference. I am all over the place, I'm tired, I cannot listen in lecture or hold a conversation of more than 5 minutes. The reason I'm writing this is because it may NOT be BS. It still may be placebo, but if you're struggling, I would consider giving it a try because it's not a huge risk for the price. I would definitely recommend looking up drug interactions with some of the primary ingredients because it may interact with some anti-depressants, antipsychotics or anything that alters your neurotransmitters because I know reactions to those can be rough.
