I suffer from an ingrown or maybe just pincer nails on my both my big toes.. and I refuse and am scared to see a doctor.I love most of the tools this set has!The normal standard looking nail clippers feel cheap and I don't use them. I have better ones from Walmart.The files and picks are great! They do not feel cheap and work well for cleaning and other nail care.The clippers are scary but omg they work! The tip alone is extremely sharp so be careful and always have the cap on when not in use! These have replaced any toenail clippers I have. They are strong and cut through the toughest nail; my husband let me try it on his toes. I like that these have a straighter clip too and this definitely helps when trimming any of my toes.The toe lifter was slightly difficult to get attached right but once I did it, it worked fine. I even kept it on my big toe while I was doing some work from my desk! I do wish there was instructions.. I think the end should not be magnetic / detachable because that was a bit confusing to understand.A case would be good but for now I use the plain thin box they came in.

I stumbled across this product by shopping. What caught my attention was the cost.Here goes my review....I just got the item last night and have had a history of ingrown hang-nails in my big-toe and the pink toe on both feet. Ouch.I wanted to see if this item work help or make things worse. As I tried it last night by using the big-curved clippers to go around the nail and then snipped it. No pain, no soreness. But then I had to get it out. The accessories that are in the package are the same type of tools that Doctors use on TV shows and how to dig them out and remove them. Did it work. Happy to say YES!Once the nail was clipped and then I went to remove it...the nail broke off and I discovered that I did not go deep enough with the clippers. So, I clipped a little deeper (yes I felt it) but it was very minor and over in a second. Once I got deep enough and then started moving the hang nail side to side/up and down. It came out in 1 piece.Did it leave a hole, yes. Did it bleed, yes. Was it painful, no (scale of 1 to 10...it was a 1).I have no way of preventing the hang nails from growing by myself. I do have have the stuff to kill it (like you see on TV). So why buy it?I can now resolve my own in-grown hang nails myself with having to pay a Doctor. The key is to deal with them early enough and not let the Toe get swollen or infected.By doing the 1 toe, I inspected all the 3 remaining toes and I knew 1 had one just starting. So, I clipped it and then pulled it out. Mine tend to come out easily in 1 piece. Others may not be able to do that because the nail is too soft or it in-beds in the skin too early. This is a perfect tool for me and it works. I have pics but I wait until my review gets approved and then I will upload them.The cost was my reason for checking this item. The cost is WELL worth for the pain and irritation it removes. This is cheap and works.This item gets a 10 out 10 for me. So much so, I ordered my wife her own set.

got this set of tools for my ingrown toenail and it worked perfectly,quality is good for the price,I would recommend for those on a budget

Most of the pieces are pretty good and usable. However, the clippers broke the first time I used them!

I ordered this toe cutter for my thick toe nails left and right. I like those added instruments that usable for trimming my toe nails and finger nails.

Comes with everything you need

Well made ingrown toenail set, goog quality, well made. The clipper has padded handle which makes it easier to grip. All the instruments in the set are well thought out. There is a plastic box to keep all the smaller tools in with the exception of the larger clipper, which does not fit because of its padded handle. I recommend this set, seems quite good.
