I do have pretty thin, ex- ballet dancers feet and I did find that after wearing them many hours they did hurt my heel from being a little snug but that is probably due to my finicky feet . I ended up cut the heel out because I 'm not using them for yoga but to ease discomfort in my toes by separating and aligning them .. overall satisfied and will buy more pairs ! Review: I really like them! - I bought these to cover the ball and heel of my foot when I put on my urea lotion on at night. I don’t like wearing socks to do this cause I find it uncomfortable. The grippy parts on the bottom are a nice touch.
