I paint purely for fun and relaxation; with that being said I'm also a bit bougie when it comes to my art supplies. I like paints that are vibrant, have a good viscosity and don't dry instantly.These paints hit all those marks! The set comes with different neon, basic colors, metallics, pearl and pastels. You get a good base of choices to start. The paint brushes that came with the set are OK. (compare it to the pack of brushes you can buy for $8.00 from Michael's)The paint didn't dry too quick which allowed me to blend colors nicely on canvas.
