Very fast delivery from Amazon.. Five star to its delivery..One problem I have found in this product is regarding firmware (very old version and Netgear still hasn't updated with the product) which has bug when we apply the settings like user name and password which bounces back and I was tired of applying it 100 times..The problem which i faced is in BSNL broadband and it may occur in other ISP also..However I was lucky as one of my friend is having the same product with updated firmware so I was able to apply settings and update the firmware through his BSNL Broadband..So its my request to NETGEAR to kindly update the firmware version with the new manufactured product.. The updated firmware are available once u r able to apply the settings through internet only..

The product was good even though i got it bit late but the co-operation from Amazon was good and there after installation was good and just had to call the support to ensure everything goes well over all it is good so far.

I am using this router for last one year, never faced any problem in Connectivity and coverage. Ready setup for Bsnl connection. Never faced any problem with the existing router. I have ordered the same product but got a defective piece which was refunded by seller. Thanks to amazon services. Apart from that never had any issues for more than 14 months now. Go for it.

I bought this to replace a DG834G that that finally gave up the ghost after 7+ years, what an error buying the DGN1000 was. Everything was fine for the first 24 hours then rapidly degraded from there.I work in IT everyday and have enough knowledge to diagnose and rectify most problems however this router has several issues (all mentioned by previous reviewers). I stupidly thought i might get lucky and have none of the problems of other reviewers, how wrong was i!It frequently either dumps out or stops responding to wireless connections (we have tried all available channels and used G & N settings to rule out any interference to no avail). The only solution is a reboot of the router.At first the ADSL modem was fine however started intermittently refusing to resolve random pages and now only a few days later has taken to dumping the ADSL connection entirely at random intervals (i have had to reboot 3 times today for the ADSL issue alone).In short - if you think you might get lucky and that the poor reviews are unjustified (like i did) think again. The cheap price tag might be tempting however i now have to spend money posting it back to Amazon and purchasing a new router.Netgear have clearly let the build quality of their products slip and i shall now be moving to a different brand entirely.
