They also work wonderfully for letting dishes cool out of the oven when the rack always vanishes. They're only a little tricky to clean because of all the little crevices but thankfully I don't need to clean them that often.

I live with roommates in college and I hate keeping my stuff out in the common area cause one roommate doesn't understand cleaning up after oneself so I got these to put on my desk and I use them in tandem with a pour over set and electric kettle so now I never even leave my room to make coffee.
