However, I don’t mind it as I prefer my lip shades more coral rather than mauve greyish looking. To prevent too much coral from appearing, I only apply a bit of the lipstick using my fingers. Just the slightest bit on my finger onto my lips and I’m pretty satisfied with the end results as pictured above in different lightings. I’ even layered my favorite lip gloss over it which happens to be a black cherry type shade and it still looks great (not pictured). Perhaps there is another brand/shade out there that would match what I’m going for better but I will actually use this lipstick and like the appearance of it on myself. It is the closest I’ve tried thus far that looks the shade I’m going for. I’ve had issues with lipsticks in the past being too cool or warm toned but I can get away with wearing this and for the price, I have no complaints.
