I was able to go through and sort out the cards I am not ready for. Because of the image, written description and being able to scan the card to watch a video I was able to convince my husband to try yoga also. Before our session, we shuffle the cards, cut the cards and take a section to complete. We will either go until we run out of cards or up to an hour, whichever comes first.
