A: NO.  Can not support car USB or any common USB port.  this plug cable need working with QC3.0 power bank.   Cable can help you  trigger the QC3.0 POWER BANK provide 12v from USB.

**Q: received for dewalt jacket,has a 5.5x2.1 mm male plug and it would not come close to fitting and was also a usbC end was this a shipping error?**
A: This worked fine for my milwaukee jacket. Yours came with a type C connector on the other side of the barrel??

A: I use this one, in my Milwaukee dial zone jacket, it runs on high on both zones for about 5 hours.  (For some reason, the 26000mah bank doesn't work, only the 10400 one)
