It is my first pasta machine, Ive never tried anything else, Im sure there are better and more expensive models out, but as a novice I have no reason to complain about this one. It comes with 7 different thickness settings. You are meant to begin at the thickest setting (number 7) and work your way down to 1,2 or 3. It is so easy now to make pasta or roll ravioli dough. The results are amazing. I cant believe I used to do it by hand, never again, it is so hard comparing to rolling it through the machine. The instructions say you shouldnt wash it but just wipe after each use. You should get a paint brush to clean it in some areas.

A: This machine is only 15cms

A: No good operating

**Q: The handle keeps falling off. Is there some sort off lock so it does not do that?**
A: Cut the finger off a surgical glove and put it over the end of the crank before you put it into the cranking hole.  It will stay put.

I absolutely love this pasta machine. It is my first pasta machine, Ive never tried anything else, Im sure there are better and more expensive models out, but as a novice I have no reason to complain about this one. It comes with 7 different thickness settings. You are meant to begin at the thickest setting (number 7) and work your way down to 1,2 or 3. It is so easy now to make pasta or roll ravioli dough.
