**Q: will this work with Whynter brand AC's? Thanks!**
A: Hi,I just purchased for a older Mitsubishi Air Conditioner, split type, and it worked fine.  Not all features, but the most important ones.I have not heard of the brand Whynter.  Looking at the brand listing that came with the package, that brand is not listed.  If your brand is actually produce by someone else originally, maybe you can find the OEM.

**Q: Will this work on any lg split ac**
A: To start it has to be a MINI split (no ducts). If it is, while we can't guarantee it will work with your specific unit, there is a very good chance it will (there are 7 pre-listed codes for LG). If none of the codes work, you can auto search for a working code and, in the worst of cases, you have 30 days to return for another model or a full refund.

**Q: I have a Yeatec mini split. Will it work on this one?**
A: I hace no idea about this A/C brand!!! Better check the compatibility list here.

**Q: Does this work on AC Pro split units?**
A: This brand is not listed so there are no pre-selected codes to pick from. But if it's a mini-split (that is, is it composed of an indoor unit and an outdoor unit, with no ducts?) our universal remotes work with the majority of mini-split units. There is an auto-search feature that will help you find the code. Regrettably, we cannot guarantee which one will work with your specific unit due to the many makes and models of mini splits. However, we do guarantee we will work with our customers to assist them as best we can for them to regain remote control of their mini-split. Also, customers have a 1 month return period to test out their remote and return it for another model, or a refund, if the remote is not compatible.
