A: If you a familiar with the Habanero pepper, you know it is upper level hot.  I would describe this as powdered habanero, excellent.

A: The Gourmet Collection Dragon Head Habanero is a unique spice made from Paprika, Habanero, Soya Beans etc.. ... Supurb when used to satue or roast vegetables with and is used to season soups, gravy, sauces, meatloaf and more. Thanks

A: The Gourmet Collection is known for having less salt than most. The salt content is only 4% of the total content, enough to enhance the flavor without that ‘too salty’ taste.
