Taste buds have changed and food tastes better. Milk is sweet now. Its all very exciting. Now, all this does come with a price. Like many others have expressed there is a slight bit of stomach discomfort. I've felt nauseous and have had to run to the bathroom multiple times and it wasn't to vomit. Whatever came out of me was from the depths of Hell. It was NOT solid. It is the total opposite of solid, if you catch my drift. And at first, I didn't read the symptoms and made mistakes but over time you start to feel it before it happens. So, it IS manageable. However, I would not take this on a road trip, a long movie/play, at work, school, etc... Unless you can handle a stream of waste that feels like your butt is a super soaker. So, there is risk involved. Everyone will react differently. All in all, I will continue taking this. I feel like the benefits outweigh the gastric drawbacks. I have noticed occasional headaches but I’m not certain they are directly related to taking this supplement.
