Lighter works well. The bottom flips open which activates the vibrator. I might say the bottom part is a bit awkard being so close to the flame, maybe a bit in the way of using the lighter to light something. Flame is strong. Doesn't appear to be adjustable. No instructions included. The tip of the head is where the unit can be refilled with butane. Vibrator is strong, but fades after a few minutes of it being on. I took the unit apart which wasn't that diffiucult. The rubber covering slides off with some wiggling back and forth. There's a small philips screw at the top, when unscrewed allows the plastic inner sleeve to slide off. There are 4 or 5 small disk batteries stacked on top of each other to run the vibrator and I'm guessing to spark the flame. I wouldn't recommend it for prolonged vibration use as batteries seem to drain if left on for very long. But overall, it's cute and functional.
