**Q: How do you heat the stones?**
A: You can use a crock pot, but I bought a digital heater specifically designed to heat massage stones. It gives you much better control.

**Q: How long do these hold heat for?**
A: About 5 minutes in use. Not as long as I’d like.  I keep mine in a crockpot on low heat for use.
