**Q: Do you mix it with real olive juice and what is the ratio?**
A: Hello-Olive juice is actually Olive brine made of salt and water that olives are cured in. Olives don't actually have juice they have oil. Thanks!

**Q: Do you chase whiskey with this?**
A: I use it for dirty martini’s way to salty for a chaser I personally would never chase whiskey with anything

**Q: how long does olive juice last**
A: We recommend that our Dirty Martini Olive Juice is used before the "best by" date stamped on the bottle.  This "best by" date is usually 6 months from the time of bottling. Once opened we recommend that the product be stored in a cool and dry place, or refrigerated.  We cannot guarantee the length of quality after the "best by" date.

A: Boscoli Family Foods is out of New Orleans, LA. It is made and shipped from there.

My wife and I are avid Vodka dirty martini drinkers and always perfer to use real olive juice from the jar of olives. The problem is that we end up with a poor dried up jar of olives cause we dont eat the olives fast enough. We have tried MANY differentolive juices and this is by far the best bang for the buck. Taste just like real olive juice. Is not oily like some that mash olives. Does not taste like plastic. We now use this to get our olives back swimming after we have depleted the bottle. Great stuff.
