**Q: Do these have child - proof cap?**
A: It has a standard screw-cap. 
Note too that it calls for TWO pills a day. 
So much for "One-a-day".

**Q: What form of magnesium is in this?**
A: It's magnesium oxide, which is specifically what both my heart doctor and my primary care physician recommended for me.  I've read that other forms of magnesium are more readily absorbed by the body, and I mentioned that to both of my doctors, but they told me that I need to take magnesium oxide.  So, that's what I look for.

**Q: What is the difference between the Men's 50+ (that I currently take) and the Proactive 65+?**
A: I'm not a pharmacist, but I believe the difference is that the 65+ pills are tweaked so that they can better address the dietary/nutritional needs of people over 65. For example, the amount of vitamin D is higher in the 65+ version than in the 50+ version. Older people need more vitamin D than people in their 50s. If you can find a retail store that sells both products, you could compare the label information side-by-side to see what other differences exist.

**Q: vitamin E is an important anti-oxidant vitamin. I do not see it listed as an ingredient. why?**
A: Vitamin e will thin blood which interferes with warfarin a prescribed blood thinner.
