It's large so I put it into a couple tablespoons of water overnight and just gulp it down followed by water. **Q: is there an improvement in urination control at night with only 1 capsule they recommend?** A: My husband and I started taking Solaray Olive Leaf Extract to help keep from getting the flu and within a week we both noticed we weren’t waking up in the middle the night. An unexpected positive side affect. 250mg 17% 120caps costs between $24 - 28 here’s the link and worth a try.
