A: I have them on office chair with wheels fit perfectly

**Q: The back of my chair is mesh so will this still allow airflow? I understand it would be reduced but still need it to be breathable so I'm not sweating**
A: They are polyester which does have some breathable qualities, I'm sure on top of mesh you will get adequate air flow.   We used ours over a solid chair and experienced zero stickiness.
