This is a great LASER etcher, but the software is left wanting. Get "LightBurn" (there is a free trial version) and you're good to go to start etching things to your hearts content!

This machine definitely does what it says, when doing anything with wood or certain plastics it can produce a lot of smoke but I purchased a small extraction fan and some 4" flex ducting to pull the smoke and send it out a window, problem solved.As for power it has plenty enough for engraving wood or just about any material, sometimes I need to color the parts black because it tends to reflect lighter colors losing its effectiveness.For small projects you can't go wrong and it works at its best (and fastest) when connected directly to a pc or laptop, but the connection to the phone is nice too.

There is no Neje support for this product, and we have 2 of these that now will not work since the last NEJE app update. Do not buy a NEJE machine if you have a macintosh computer.

Took a while to get the NEJE software on my cell. Instructions àre a little weakMaybe will try other software mentioned in manual for more complicated operationsOverall it works fine and does what I wanted

I love the delivery time and the product in general. I am having trouble getting the product to input text and burn onto an item. I cannot find a users manual anywhere online. I cannot contact the gogoluck-us website. The ask a question part of the support section is useless. It will not allow me to ask any questions at all. I need help getting instruction on using the laser engraver. Please reply with directions about getting users manual or online manual. The machine is useless unless I can print text.Thank you for your help and consideration as well as your speedy reply and assistance.

This order came within 24 hours. It was super easy to assemble. The drivers and files were easy to download online. Instructions were very clear. Unlike the first laser engraver that I bought. A different brand which said it was Superior to others. That was a big lie. This one had terrible instructions. It was totally unassembled and took about did hours to build piece by piece by screw by nut by..... I highly recommend this laser engraver and will purchase from this company again.

ITS A GADGET.ITS MAGICAL BUT SO FAR A ONE TRICK PONY.

Quite a capable machine - can cut 3mm plywood in 3 passes at 150 mm/min speed I have also cut 6 mm (1/4”) plywood with 6 passes. The gray scale ability I very good, etched photos onto wood and MDF...cat also engrave laser safe rubber for stamping. All in all, very happy. Note, recommend getting Lightburn, opens up a lot more capabilities.

Forget about their software and Benbox. Install Lightburn. This engraving took less than 7 mins to complete.

I have had this unit for a week. Easy to assemble, easy to set up. It is already producing items like my previous unit could never produce. Awesome results. I am impressed so far!

Good machine

It works, but very difficult and frustrating to use. I'm not sure who is the intended market for this, because it is too small and lacks basic features for skilled users, but too difficult to use for novices. This machine requires a huge amount of technical expertise to get going, and the instructions from the manufacturer are not helpful at all, but after a few weeks of advice and tutorials from other users, it works somewhat okay. Still no "homing" ability, so you have to manually reset it and check the framing between every single use, which is hugely annoying and time consuming, or you risk damaging the material and even the machine itself, as it grinds violently when not homed properly. The included software is total garbage, and to get it working with any other software, YOU MUST HAVE A WINDOWS COMPUTER TO FLASH THE FIRMWARE!!!
