A: Seriously Frank?  It's a $40 fan...

**Q: How easy is this fan to take apart for cleaning the blades? Is the "grill" of the fan attached together by clips or a band that you must unscrew?**
A: I've had mine for a while, I live in AZ which tends to get supper dusty, it snaps together, so I've taken it apart to hose off and put it back together many of times still in one peace and we use the fan about 9ish months out of the year on 24/7 so it tends to get dirty quick very very easy to assemble after washing

**Q: is it easy to clean?**
A: it is easy to clean, everything about the fan is great, but it is a little loud

**Q: can you start oscillation from remote**
A: No, oscillation (rotation of the fan) is controlled only manually, by pushing a button behind the blades. The remote only does on/off, speed, and timing.

An eight year old could put this thing together. Then you just got to plug it in and turn it on. It makes just enough noise to drown out outside noise when your sleeping. It's got a remote.....enough said about that. IYKYK. You'll need to break it down and clean it occasionally. If you can't do that there's probably a lot of things you can't do. Beyond that it blows air on you and it feels good. You can raise it up or lower it down. Push a button and it will oscillate back and forth. Don't overthink it. It's just a fan.
