**Q: Sea salt or iodized salt?**
A: It just says salt on the ingredients, so I’d say neither. Just plain salt. Non iodide… they usually list it “ sea salt” if it is. 🤷‍♀️Hope this helped

**Q: I'm not supposed to eat seeds, but I hear this seasoning blend is great. Can you put the seasoning blend in the blender to make the bits smaller?**
A: It would definitely need to be one of those spice blenders.  There are sesame seeds and poppyseeds in the blend.  I will say it is my most favorite blend spice in my cabinet and use it on everything!

Very tasty. At first I saw no poppy seeds which disappointed me, but then after giving it a good shake the poppy seeds appeared from the middle of the container. So shake shake shake those seeds up!
