A: The product is actually lactose free. It's a whey protein ISOLATE meaning it's refined. The sugar that's in the product more than likely does not come from milk and is from the sucralose and cocoa powder that they use

I mix half a scoop with almond milk before my morning workout. It seems to help since I don't eat anything before my workout I need the extra energy. I also use Citrulline and Carnitine. It's usually an hour to an hour and 15 minutes 6 days a week. So I like to have protein options, also use chocolate and vanilla slim fast high protein that works great as well. But this stuff really taste better than both of them! And it has more protein.
