Which wakes me up in the night if there’s even the tiniest amount of mucus. These dilators are amazing. For many years I was having to use nasal sprays to constrict the blood vessels to get an unbroken nights sleep ( you’re not meant to use sprays more than a week ). These dilators are so good, over a few months I've been able to stop using the spray in conjunction with the dilators on one side nostril and I’ve managed to reduce the amount of spray still needed on the other nostril to very minimal so far. The dilators are quite hard, so occasionally I do get a bit sore. I need the small size. Make sure they’re fully inserted with no hangout apart from the centre piece of course, so they don’t fall out in the night, if in doubt I’d recommend going down in size rather than up for that reason. I’ve not tried the soft versions because my nose is so narrow, I think they’d probably collapse and also be difficult to insert. Don’t be put off like I was with there being a lot in box, I have no clue how I manage it, but they are easy to loose. I’m on my second box now. I’ll never be without them.
