I bought one initially to save money on laundry detergent, and repurchased after losing my first one in a move. My laundry comes out clean, with no smell, and doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin. Sometimes I’ll add a scoop of OxiClean or spray stain remover if my clothes are particularly dirty or if there’s a bad stain, but overall this cleans my clothes nicely. If you refill the inside, just be sure it’s closed tight when you put it back together because it did pop open on me one time I didn’t close it well enough. That was user error, though, and the only time that happened to me in many, many loads of laundry. I’ve recommended these to lots of friends and family. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ cheaper and cleaner and easier *by on Reviewed in the United States April 4, 2026* been using these instead of regular laundry soap for years now and have never looked back. occasionally need to use some booster or stain treatment for heavily soiled stuff, but most stuff comes out clean and fresh without anything but the egg in the wash with it ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worked well, but not my favorite *by on Reviewed in the United States June 6, 2026* Worked decently well, but i moved to making my own detergent that seems to work slightly better and us still fairly cheap. ## Frequently Bought Together - Ecoegg Laundry Egg | Detergent and Fabric Conditioner Replacement | Non bio and no enzymes, phosphates, Palm Oil, Chlorine Bleach | Sensitive Skin | Fragrance Free 70 Washes - ecoegg Laundry Egg Refill Fragrance Free, 50 Loads --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/161036528-laundry-egg-laundry-detergent-70-loads-fragrance-free-free-clear](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/161036528-laundry-egg-laundry-detergent-70-loads-fragrance-free-free-clear) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-01*
