This stuff is amazing!!!! I just mixed with water as the directions said, sprayed it on and waited 15 minutes. The sealer scraped right off. The best part is its not flammable like other sealer removal products and i didn't really need to wear gloves. It doesn't burn or irritate your skin at all. As for the smell, its not harsh either. It just smells like you mopped your floors.
