Well, as hot as a 55+ year old guy can be. ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars Large capsule includes fish oil. *by C***2 on Reviewed in the United States on December 20, 2015* The first thing I noticed on the list of ingredients was that it was 300 mg krill oil and 200 mg fish oil, as well as other ingredients. It seems a bit deceiving to call it krill oil when fish oil is almost half of it. The Amazon description also shows that the capsules are 1000 mg but that is for two so the bottle will only last 30 days at that dosage. The gel cap is very large (see picture), and I'm not a fan of large capsules. I was offered a promotional discount to try these and was looking for something less expensive than the krill oil I was previously taking. The capsule I was taking is very small - about 1/2 the size of this one for the same dosage - and it is 100% krill oil. I think I will stick to what I'm taking. Sometimes you get what you pay for I guess and for me, the small capsules are worth the extra cost.
