I just moved in to a new (older) condo and discovered the previous owner left random wads of putty on the kitchen cabinet shelves (why???). After a quick google search I determined I needed a putty knife or scraper to remove it. Of all the options on Amazon this was the fast shipping and cheapest plastic scraper, which I figured would be better than a metal blade to avoid scraping the paint off the shelves.
