It is fitted and then flows away around the stomach and does have a bit of a swing. I am between a medium and a large and this fits me best in small because otherwise it's too broad in shoulders and the arms. Not at all tight in the chest, tummy, or rear end (or even close to it). Super comfortable, will probably another in pattern for summer!

I ordered this on a whim really. I had been looking at it for a while but wasn't sure that it would work for me. But for $10 I figured why not try it. I am so glad I did. I received it yesterday so I haven't gotten to wear it out yet, but I am taking it on vacation with me this month. It is very soft fabric. A little silky almost. Drapes very nicely on the body. I am 6ft tall and 120lbs and a 34A. I ordered a small and it fit well. Under the arms was good with no bra showing. You can wear a regular bra with it because the straps are wider. My only real complaint is that it is kind of short. It hits right below my mid thigh so definitely not a dress for work. But I don't mind the length for a summer going out and about dress. I plan to order more colors.
