**Q: Do the ends of either of these forceps approximate for use with a needle?**
A: They are used to grab tissue while suturing.  Might be able to be used as a needle driver, but not the best choice for that.

**Q: Are theses reusable? Can they be put in the autoclave?**
A: Yes, they are!

**Q: Is this German made?**
A: I have two different sets and none say where they're made. While the instruments are fine for home use, they are not OR grade instruments.That fact and the reasonable price would cause me to GUESS that they are not German made.
