It can be very effective in treating osteoporosis, compression fractures, spinal stenosis, strain, and excessive kyphosis. The unique structural integrity of the ergonomic posteriorshell offers the practitioner customization and conformity of the anatomical contours. This allows an extended alignment of the thoracic spine and stabilization of the lumbar spine and pelvis.The patented mechanical advantage pulley system and abdominal compression enables the patient to actively participate in their therapy regimen resulting in comfort, control and enhanced compliance. The placement of the extension straps allows the patient to bring the shoulders and upper spine into comfortable extension alignment. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great thoracic brace

Great thoracic brace! I have wedged/compressed vertebras t6-t11. This brace allows me to stand straight up with my shoulders back and unable to bend my back. Does exactly what the description says and well worth the money. Great back support and very comfortable.

Seems nice, but it DEsPERATELY needs a connector between the shoulders in the front. With that, and more comfortable arms bands, it might be perfect. Also note it only has a slider-tightener on one side which is awkward. With a couple of tweaks you guys might steal the show based on price point.
