Granted I have only walked around the house, but I keep them on the whole time. Right now I am barefoot on my couch and the way they wrap around my feet feels great. I have worn them for two days and I already notice a difference in the level of pain when I get off the bed in the morning and when I get up from the couch. Make sure to follow the directions on how to put them on.
