Unbelievable... Like it was my fault the way the handle boxes when receiving or when they roughly opened pulled a thread blaming it on me! I sent it back exactly as received. The said that they would refund me the 80% of the amount because of that.I have paid 129£ to buy this bad product that was by the way not practical at all, huge, with the belts hanging out and very very heavy. They refunded me 87£ lying in my face that they gave me the 80% of the amount back. The correct 80% would be 103£Don't waist your time and money buying this really bad product with really awful customer service. ### ⭐ Sticking wheels didn't turn *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 24 September 2022* The wheel was stuck against the rim and did not function at all. Managed with A -Z to eventually get a full refund after difficulty --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/158529163-massage-imperial-brooklands-portable-massage-table-trolley-dolley-wheeled-transport](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/158529163-massage-imperial-brooklands-portable-massage-table-trolley-dolley-wheeled-transport) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-18*
