It was the best item we've used so far to clean mold and mildew on our patio pavers. As it has been a few years and it was quite bad, 1 gallon only cleaned a portion of the job. We also found that we needed to go over the area with a light spray and did brush the surface with a firm scrub broom. For future cleaning, if not allowed to get so bad, it would clearly not need as much effort. I will be purchasing more of this product as it really does work well. My only complaint was not with delivery but with the packaging. While the gallon does have a seal, it doesn't hold the contents well and it leaked in transport. The box the rmr 86 product is in has arrows and is clearly marked as to which was up. The Amazon warehouse placed the box containing the 1 gallon jug on its side into another box along with other items I ordered. There was a sticker on the outside indicating a liquid was in the larger box but no directional indication. The product leaked. Ate through the inner box and was starting to soak the outer.
