Usually on these harnesses the metal tabs are molded in but these are more like an insert (and thus are removable). Better than simply cutting used wires because you can put them back if you change your mind. I like neat installation and if (for example) I’m building a single joystick cabinet I’ll pull out the 2P joystick wires and all the other wires I am not using. Less of a rat’s nest when you’re done. 3.) I have had good experience with the seller Holland Computers. Great customer service, etc., so I want to keep giving them my business.
