It's a great fit and blends seamlessly with the camera's aesthetic. The colour match is spot-on, enhancing the overall look without standing out. One of the standout features is the added support it provides. Holding the camera feels much more secure, especially during extended shoots. The grip's design ensures that it doesn't interfere with any of the camera's functions, which is a big plus. Overall, this thumb grip is a small yet impactful upgrade. It’s well-made, easy to attach, and makes handling the camera more comfortable. If you’re looking for a way to improve your camera experience, this grip is definitely worth considering. **My Ratings** 1 = Lowest 5 = Highest Packaging - 4 Ergonomics - 5 Value for Money - 4 Ease of Use - 5 Review: Thumbs up for theThumbs Up! - I was finding it annoying when holding my Ricoh GR3X in one hand that my thumb was pressing the exposure compensation dial. Installing the JJC Thumb Grip cured this immediately. It also makes holding the little Ricoh single handed more secure. It is marginally harder to turn the camera on and off but this is a small price to pay for the benefits. As always JJC camera accessories are well made and fit the camera perfectly. ## Features - The metal thumbs up grip is designed for Ricoh GR IIIx GR III GR3 GR IIIx HDF - Adds comfort while holding camera.Provides a secure hold during shooting. - Protects hot shoe from dust, moisture and impact - Made of anodized aluminum alloy, sturdy and durable - Will not affect to use any other button of your camera ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07WD26C62 | | Audio Recording | No | | Best Sellers Rank | 14 in Camera Flash Shoe Mounts | | Brand | JJC | | Brand Name | JJC | | Colour | Black | | Compatible Devices | Ricoh GR III，Ricoh GR IIIx | | Compatible devices | Ricoh GR III，Ricoh GR IIIx | | Country of Origin | China | | Customer Reviews | 4.4 out of 5 stars 1,177 Reviews | | Folded size | 2.54x0.91x0.39 inches | | Item Dimensions D x W x H | 10D x 23W x 10H millimetres | | Item Weight | 5 Grams | | Item weight | 5 Grams | | Manufacturer | JJC | | Manufacturer Part Number | st | | Maximum Weight Recommendation | 5 Grams | | Media Type | EnhancedContent | | Model Name | Thumbs Up Grip | | Model Number | st | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Product dimensions | 10D x 23W x 10H millimetres | | Screen Size | 64.7 Millimetres | | Video Capture Format | MP4 | | Video Capture Resolution | 1920 x 1080 | | Viewfinder Type | Electronic viewfinder (EVF) | | Water Resistance Level | Water Resistant | ## Product Details - **Brand:** JJC - **Colour:** Black - **Compatible devices:** Ricoh GR III，Ricoh GR IIIx - **Folded size:** 2.54x0.91x0.39 inches - **Item weight:** 5 Grams - **Number of items:** 1 - **Product dimensions:** 10D x 23W x 10H millimetres ## Images ![JJC Thumbs Up Grip for Ricoh GR IIIx GR III GR3 GR IIIx HDF Camera (Metal) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51cPrZDAZvS.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect Addition for x100vi *by A***B on 25 May 2024* The JJC Metal Thumbs Up Grip for Fujifilm cameras is an excellent accessory that I recently added to my Fuji X100V. Only gave 4 stars as I wish there was an all metal option, or that the stuck on piece of vinyl/faux leather was rubberised or just the same as the rest of the thumb grip. That's just personal preference though, lovely addition and definitely recommend. ## Frequently Bought Together - JJC Thumbs Up Grip for Ricoh GR IIIx GR III GR3 GR IIIx HDF Camera (Metal) - Lens Cap for RICOH GR IIIx GR III GR II GR3 GR2 Camera (Metal) - ULBTER Screen Protector for Ricoh GR III GR III X GRIII GR 3 GR3 GR IIIx GRIIIx GR3x Camera [3 Pack], 0.3mm 9H Hardness Tempered Glass Screen Saver, Anti-Scrach Anti-Bubble --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/157532820-jjc-thumbs-up-grip-for-ricoh-gr-iiix-gr-iii](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/157532820-jjc-thumbs-up-grip-for-ricoh-gr-iiix-gr-iii) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-16*
