Review: Exact thickness I needed. - I need it for my Canadian Airforce Exercises which I do at home. Being a lady of 77 years old, my balance suits the thickness of this mat otherwise I would topple over. I’m 5’ 8” and the length is perfect so I don’t have to shuffle back and forth while doing the floor exercises. Nice quality. Comfortable. Very happy.
Review: Excellent gym mat - This mat is ideal for all forms of exercise. It's lovely and thick and although feels soft and a bit squishy when standing on it (and that's not a problem), it feels firm and supportive for Yoga, Pilates, warm ups, cool downs etc. I just love it. I used to use four of the normal thin mats on top of each other and got fed up with them moving around so this mat is perfect. It's probably too thick to carry around with you but I don't think you would buy it if that's what you wanted to do. Some reviews mentioned the smell but unless you put your nose on it there is no smell. Very happy with this mat and would definitely recommend.

A: 24 inches,same size as regular mat but 1” thick and makes lying on mat more comfortable. I love it.

A: Difference in packaging? It comes in a plastic bag in a cardboard box..

**Q: Does this mat come with a carrying case of carrying straps? The photo shows straps but the description reads case? Which is correct?**
A: The mat does not come with a case.  It only comes with the black carrying straps.  They're stretchy, fit the rolled up mat perfectly and has a loop for carrying.  I really love mine.  Hope this helps.

**Q: Where is it made?**
A: More than likely China, that being said its well made and worth the money.

This mat is ideal for all forms of exercise.
