Review: Works as advertised for cleaning tasks - This is exactly as described. So far, I’ve only used this citric acid for cleaning related tasks (descaling and laundry), though it is marked as food safe. It descaled my cat water bowls very well and more thoroughly than vinegar soaks generally do.
Review: Good product - The texture is course but dissolves very easily. It's very easy to use being all natural. It's very good value for the money compared to other more hazardous acids. I use this to add to water for tanning animal hides to lower the ph of the water down to around one. Being an all natural acid makes it safer for me to use and dispose of. also in case of any residual left in the hide after rinsing and dried there isnt any danger of exposure to chemicals when handling the hide.

A: 1 packet of water boiler cleaner has 20 grams of 99% citric acid powder and is good for up to 4 L or 1 gallon. So 20 grams of citric acid powder per 1 gallon of water.

**Q: How many pounds is this?**
A: 30 ounces is 1.8 pounds.  There's, in my opinion, no call for churlishness.

**Q: What are the dimensions of the plastic container?**
A: 5.5” H x 3.75” W

**Q: can I use it for DIY hair mayonnaise, masks and oils?**
A: Does not dissolve well, id imagine it wouldn’t for you either in these kinds of products. I tried mines in a homemade face mask with 1/3 tsp and I could feel the grit from citric acid not dissolving.
