Use a proper shaker with a spring ball that breaks down the lumps.It’s protein powder, not bournvita that you’re trying to mix it in a steel glass with a spoon or fork.Protein powder contains amino acids and some of them are hydrophobic. Ergo, lumps will be created if you’re not using a proper shaker.Protein is best absorbed when consumed with water instead of milk or any other liquid.Again, please don’t be an idiot.
