If you are not sure about the flavour, please buy the unflavoured one. I personally like vanilla. I see a lot of people complaining and posting videos about the powder not mixing properly with cold milk and whatnot. Please don’t act like an idiot. Use a proper shaker with a spring ball that breaks down the lumps. It’s protein powder, not bournvita that you’re trying to mix it in a steel glass with a spoon or fork. Protein powder contains amino acids and some of them are hydrophobic. Ergo, lumps will be created if you’re not using a proper shaker. Protein is best absorbed when consumed with water instead of milk or any other liquid. Again, please don’t be an idiot.
