My 12" pans are a mess and everything sticks so I splurged and just bought the 12" with lid pan... my food just slips around in the pan, sometimes making it hard to turn things over as they slide away from my spatula.. LOL. I am careful not to burn things in them and I wash them out with just hot water, no detergent... and give them a good wipe down. Dont know if that helps ... but so far so good! I was astonished that it simultaneously cooked my 4 strips of bacon and three eggs in about half the time as my air fryer, and the non-stick is extra slick, hardly needed any effort to clean.
