There is NO titanium dioxide or any other form of titanium in their gum, nor is there talc. This is true for all flavors. This is a product without chemical or toxic ingredients. Call them and see for yourself. **Q: where is the xylitol sourced? China?** A: Spry gum is made in China. The xylitol they use is also sourced in China. In fact, all Xlear products are made in China. We had been using Spry gum, but have switched to Therabreath mints, since all of their product are made in the US. The crazy thing is, we found Spry mints to be much more expensive than Therabreath, go figure. 100 Therabreath mints are a fraction of the cost of Spry. The Therabreath flavors are limited, but at least they are made in a location that has better quality control standards. Children chewed 2 pieces of xylitol gum per day - one in the morning and one before going to bed. (Too much xylitol causes stomach discomfort, so follow dosage directions.). His dental team discovered a significant decrease in new tooth decay over time within the study group. (Note that this product does not heal tooth decay but prevents future decay.). It's a natural, healthy product that won't cause any negative side effects unless you overdose. It acts to change the pH of your mouth so that decay struggles to set in. Our own children have used xylitol products since they were old enough to eat solid foods. First we used mints and then progressed to gum. Our kids chew two pieces of gum every night after teeth are brushed and before bedtime. Today, they are ages 12 and 9 and neither of them has had a cavity yet. Granted they are children of a dentist so good oral hygiene is a regular routine in our home, but I've watched them both brush and not floss their teeth - its pretty lacking.
