## Overview

The DMV Ultra Contact Lens Remover Tool is a professional-grade, FDA-registered plunger designed specifically for removing scleral, PROSE, and rigid gas permeable (RGP) lenses. Manufactured in the USA with allergen-free materials, it offers stronger and longer-lasting suction than silicone alternatives. Sold in a convenient 3-pack with individual storage tubes, it’s the trusted choice of eye care professionals since 1946, perfect for users with long nails or limited dexterity seeking a safe, hygienic, and effective lens removal solution.

## Description

Simple and effective for removing hard and gas permeable contact lenses. Moisten the cup of the DMV Traditional Remover and gently touch it squarely on the contact lens. The contact lens will adhere to the soft suction cup and will come off the eye easily. After the lens is removed from the eye, gently slide it from the suction cup. Comes with tough clear plastic storage tube.

## Features

- STRONGER, LONGER-LASTING SUCTION THAN SILICONE — The DMV Ultra is a durable plunger for contacts and a reliable tool to remove contact lens cleanly, made with materials that create a more secure suction cup grip and longer-lasting hold than silicone plungers. This contact lens remover tool for hard lenses stays effective wash after wash — easy to clean with saline or multipurpose solution between uses.
- THE STANDARD SCLERAL LENS REMOVER — Scleral and PROSE lenses are large and form a suction seal with the eye that makes finger removal difficult — a scleral remover is the standard tool used by nearly all scleral lens wearers. As a gas perm contact plunger, the DMV Ultra is also the preferred alternative to the "blink" and "two-finger" removal methods — among plungers for hard contacts, it's especially helpful for those with long nails, lid laxity, limited dexterity, or stuck lenses.
- THE OPTOMETRIST-DISPENSED STANDARD SINCE 1946 — DMV Corporation was founded by Dr. Dennis England, a pioneer in the contact lens field who filed the first corneal lens patent application in 1946. Today DMV is the world's leading manufacturer of contact lens handling products, registered with the FDA, and dispensed by eye care professionals worldwide for scleral, PROSE, and RGP lens wearers. Genuine DMV Ultra — not a generic silicone imitation sold under a similar name.
- MADE IN THE USA — Every DMV Ultra is manufactured in the USA using durable materials. Independent laboratory testing has found no detectable allergens in DMV's final product, making the Ultra a safer contact lens accessory for users with sensitive eyes or latex sensitivities.
- PACK OF 3 WITH INDIVIDUAL STORAGE TUBES — Replace every 3 months for best hygiene — a perfect 9-month supply for one wearer, or a starter set with a backup at home, work, and in your travel kit. FOR REMOVAL OF SCLERAL, RIGID GAS PERMEABLE (RGP), AND HARD CONTACT LENSES ONLY — NOT for soft contact lenses, and not designed as an insertion tool (for insertion, see the DMV Scleral Cup, the dedicated contact lens applicator tool).
