**Q: how do i claim the warranty and spare parts?**
A: All HP printers come with a 1 year factory warranty, in which you would have to contact HP directly for the service and parts.  After that, we do offer nationwide service here at Write-Green.  I would be happy to help you diagnose any problem over the phone for the duration of your ownership of the printer.  Truthfully, these printers are pretty awesome, and rarely break down or need maintenance in the first couple years depending on usage.  The warranty that HP offers is really for a defective printer, as they rarely get claims on them.  Being in the printing/toner business for over a decade, I would always recommend HP printers over anything.  I hope this helps.-Mike773-679-4240

**Q: does this printer scan directly to a email address on the printer, as the one question i see here isnt a 100% one ?**
A: Yes, it can be configured to scan to email.

**Q: this is also wifi printer?**
A: the model number MFP M521dn does "not" have built in wifi; the model number MFP M521dnw (notice the "w" at the end) does have built in wifi

**Q: Can this machine scan with PDF file separation?**
A: I am not sure what you mean by PDF file separation. If you are asking if multiple pages can be scanned into one document, the answer is yes (although I have only used the tiff format). Hope this helped.
