I wasn't sure if I could make these omelets, but the very first one turned out about 95% perfect and from then on they've all been perfect and so simple. The pan heats up quickly and evenly, just add a little oil or butter and it's completely non-stick, and while we make Tamagoyaki in it, we now cook most of our eggs in it any style since it's so fast and clean up is a breeze. Highly recommended.

Absolutely one of the best purchases I have made. It just made cooking eggs and making omelets so much easier. It definitely is non-stick and you just need a bit of oil to make sure everything cooks evenly throughout the whole pan. Washing it is extremely simple as well. This is a quality item.
